Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balance, and potential referral to relevant authorities.
One Account Policy. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the jiliphp platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited. jiliphp employs automated systems to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended, all bonuses will be voided, and any balance may be forfeited pending investigation.
Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. jiliphp will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify jiliphp immediately via live chat or email.
Account Verification (KYC). jiliphp is required by PAGCOR regulations to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. You may be required to submit identity documents before making withdrawals or after reaching certain deposit thresholds. Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account restrictions.
Account Closure. You may request account closure at any time by contacting customer support. jiliphp may also close or suspend your account at its sole discretion if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.
Deposits. jiliphp accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven, SM Bills Payment, and other payment methods as listed on the platform. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned to the source, less any applicable processing fees.
Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed within five (5) minutes for verified accounts under normal operating conditions. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account that matches the name on your jiliphp account. jiliphp reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal.
Withdrawal Restrictions. Currency. All transactions on the jiliphp platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jiliphp is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent jiliphp from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
